GRASSY PARK E-HAILING ROBBERY Grassy Park police have opened a robbery with firearm case after an e‑hailing driver was targeted in Parkwood on Saturday 25 April 2026. Western Cape SAPS media liaison Sergeant Wesley Twigg confirmed that the incident happened at about 8:47pm in Pers Road when the driver responded to a pickup request. Two unknown men entered the vehicle and one of them produced a firearm. The driver was robbed of personal belongings and cash before the suspects fled the scene.
