i scaled a “boring” B2B service to $36,825/mo
we didn't:
- run paid ads
- rebrand the offer
- pretend the niche was exciting
we just made the pain visceral and built a system that turned linkedin content into compounding MRR
and i documented EVERYTHING into a 16 section breakdown
covering every content format, lead magnet structure, DM sequence, email system, and offer architecture we used to make a boring niche print
here's what's ACTUALLY inside:
→ the full funnel architecture from post to profile to three conversion paths (custom button, featured section, DMs)
→ the content positioning framework that makes boring niches irresistible (write about the pain, not the niche)
→ the lead magnet formula that generated 4,000 comments in a niche nobody thought could go viral (social proof anchor + pain mirror + aspirational resource)
→ the notion document structure (8 pages, diagnosis first, templates included, 3 CTAs embedded)
→ the DM system that turned 4,000 comments into paying clients (5-step sequence from resource delivery to soft close)
→ the $100 workshop front-end that filtered buyers from freeloaders (and converted 35-40% into core recurring service clients)
→ the email machine running underneath everything (3 emails/week, segmentation by behavior, 40% of total MRR came from email alone)
→ the authority content layer (misconception-demolishing posts, founder narratives, case studies with surprising angles)
→ the profile rebuild that converted 8-12% of visitors (headline, about, featured, custom button)
→ the month-by-month growth trajectory ($15k → $26.8k → $36.8k and the specific levers at each stage)
→ the hidden benefits that compounded after 90 days (podcast invitations, google credibility for cold outreach, inbound partnerships)
everything backed by what we learned after adding $950k+ to our B2B clients' MRR through linkedin inbound funnels
like + comment "36" and i'll send the full breakdown
(must be following + RT for priority access)

Everyone is using Claude right now.
Very few founders are using it to ideate LinkedIn posts that will go viral and generate leads.
Which is why I built a resource with the exact Claude prompt I use to generate viral content ideas for LinkedIn…
Most people are using AI to come up with ideas, but it's trained on absolutely nothing, so it comes up with garbage ideas.
This prompt automatically analyzes Reddit, LinkedIn, and other sites to analyze what ideas would work best for your industry
So that you get viral ideas that will actually perform
They're yours now if you:
Comment "prompt" and I'll send it over.
(You need to be following so I can DM it to you.)

I made a D100 prompting doc that you feed to a Claude project and it conducts the entire D100 process for you
> Find ICPs to target based on your service
> Find contacts in that ICP, pulled from LinkedIn
> Researches the prospect and their company - pulling from their website, blogs, social media
> Crafts outreach messaging, personalized to the prospect based on their research
> CREATES THE D100 DELIVERABLE FOR YOU !!!
Takes hours of dream 100 outreach and condenses it into a 10 minute process
Comment "D100" and I'll DM you the doc so you can feed it to your own Claude project

@scaling_shields yeah bro, just casually close 2 deals a day and deliver work for new 60 clients a month. Very CEO friendly 🤡

a 20 year old in a shared flat with a cracked laptop just showed me this
$94K in one month
he has no followers, content or website
asked how
he opened his calculator
$100k/mo ÷ 30 = $3,333/day
$3,333 ÷ $2k deal = 1.67 deals
1.67 ÷ 25% close rate = 6.6 calls
6.6 ÷ 80% show rate = 8.25 booked
8.25 ÷ 0.13% booking rate = 7,692 emails
thats his whole business
7,692 emails every morning sent automatically before he wakes up
- 500 inboxes across 160 domains
- 15 sends each
- $1200/mo
"i wanted $100K/month so i worked backwards from the conversion rate until i had a number then i built the thing that hits it every day. theres nothing else to it"
no mentor, no course, no twitter guru
a calculator at 3am
asked if it bothers him hes invisible online
"guys with 50K followers are making content about making money. im just making money. one of us is doing it backwards"
hes 20
never posted a tweet
never launched a newsletter
never redesigned a logo
opened a calculator
found a number
built a machine
pressed send
everyone wants $100K/month to be a branding problem
its a maths problem
he solved it
his laptop looks like it belongs in a bin
his stripe looks like it belongs to a CEO

@EliXPampa @StaxGoldman 😭 still this in 2026. I respect the rage bait funnel bro. Hope u push more traffic
English

@EliXPampa @StaxGoldman Bro out here really comparing enterprise valuation to cashflow 💀. They don't need cashflow. Their entire business is inflating the valuation number by increasing margins and selling the business. That's the plan. Not cashflow
English

@alexgarcia_atx And this is just one example. I bet everyone's funnel has missing elements that are costing them thousands. If you wanna make sure, your funnel doesn't have one, dm me and I will audit your funnel.
English

@AlexHormozi Lol, you can feel the same while reading through any comments on X. U will literally start wondering which ones are slop and which are real. Crazy times
English

"Pretty soon we'll see a 1-person billion dollar business guys!"
You will literally never, ever see this. This will never happen. Stop coping.
Even if that was possible, it would have to be done by someone smart...
and someone smart would just hire help to get to 10 billion dollars, faster.
This whole conversation is driven forward by VCs trying to insert themselves in the AI discussion. Same with "10M ARR isnt enough, the new bar is 100M!". Absolute nonsense while trying to sound visionary. Usually followed up with a 'this tweet has been deleted'.
