I was asked what the "secret sauce" of selling art online is. Here's my answer: being extremely organized, building a list, knowing the preferences of each person on the list, and communicating *personally* with collectors and potential collectors

Painting in progress … blue sky. Blues are more opaque than my warm tones, so they easily cover them up here. The transparent yellow tones underneath have no chance. This allows me to carve the cloud shapes that I’m after without introducing undesirable green tones.
