Selon le récit de la victime, le chauffeur l’aurait ramenée près de la place de la Madeleine avant de verrouiller les portières du véhicule vers 7 heures du matin. Il lui aurait alors déclaré : « Tu m’intéresses vraiment. J’ai très envie de baiser avec toi » puis « T’inquiète pas, ça va être rapide », avant de passer à l’arrière du véhicule et de lui imposer un viol digital ainsi que plusieurs attouchements. La jeune femme, décrite comme « tétanisée » et encore sous l’effet de l’alcool, aurait tenté d’alerter des passants en collant son front contre la vitre. Durant l’agression, elle est parvenue à envoyer plusieurs messages et photos à une amie, dont : « Le chauffeur veut me violer, je suis bourrée ». Le chauffeur Uber, identifié comme Mourad, a été interpellé puis placé en détention provisoire après sa mise en examen pour viol. Des traces de sperme ont été retrouvées par la police scientifique sur la boucle de la ceinture de sécurité du véhicule. (Source : Le Parisien)
