@EricTopol @ScienceMagazine Professionals who used AI for support did better than those who didn't. So, using AI made them more efficient, happy, etc. They did not consider that it will make it possible to reduce the staff as a result. Result? Instant unemployment, being the point everybody will be making.

@kyledcheney @joshgerstein Sorry judge - Trump's going to be busy trying to get his job back, so he'll not be available. Let's wait until after the election. Oh, we plan to ask all of the other judges in his other lawsuits to follow your decision. Trump says to say Hi. He'll be very generous after he wins.

DeSantis is a horrible candidate, but in his defense, there is ONLY one lane in this Republican Party - the Trumpy lane. That’s it. And DeSantis is rightly in that lane. His problem is that the cult leader is in that lane as well.👇
Philip Klein@philipaklein

While there is plenty to second guess in the DeSantis strategy, it is not obvious to me how you run against somebody still polling at over 50% among Republicans after: 2 impeachments, 2 indictments, sexual assault judgement, election losses, 1/6, etc. nationalreview.com/corner/re-ron-…

@brianstelter Because you and the rest of the Republican spokes people want to keep him there. Talk about anything except reality. Keep your viewers totally confused, and to support them giving money to their PAC's which are hidden behind a faceless wall,

@PhxWilliamD No Labels will split ballots all over the country. We do need a new party that will represent the middle half of America. What principles guide them? What constraints? Do they care what their candidates will do to very close races?

@NewsfromScience Not in my lifetime. It'll take the industry that long to analyse the human mind and I'll say "Hi" from Heaven. At least I'll hope I'll be there. I used to be a Republican - hope that'll not be an automatic disqualification.

@politico You can't jail the accuser, but you can make the employer who didn't believe the employee. Might be a good lesson when accusations are brought. The employee has rights too. Just because the accuser (and the public) make the issue public doesn't mean it's actually true.

@nytimes NATO can't allow a country to become a member that's still in a war . That would mean NATO would automatically enter the war as a combatant. They have to wait until the war is decided. That might be the reason Zelenitsky backed off after some people explained it to him.

@washingtonpost The newly reported income amounts are just obscene. With all that money coming it's no wonder Trump found doing his job as President, with it's expected focus on ethical concern for the American people, was only a game. He enjoyed boasting about his importance at every turn.

@CrownMaybe Same subject, different story. Adults can differ as to cause and effect. I think mine allows for people to learn to swear, which teenagers must speak to do. Knowing how swear well, young people then need to formulate their own policies as to when, where, and how much.
