@sciencegirl Really dumb idea. Water will splash everywhere when you wash your hands

@darrelltalksfi It’s a $10/month increase in my power bill vs $300/month for gas. It’s a no brainer!

@BBMagaMom Samsung appliances are they worst in the business with sh!t customer service. I have over 600 email correspondence and over 25 hours of phone time without resolve. Screw that company

@pmcafrica You’re paying for the expertise of knowing what to look for, how to fix it, cost of equipment and tools needed fix it. If you don’t like that answer then fix it yourself!

@CryptoXAiMan Still don’t think any price movement will happen until utility takes off. Until then the clarity act passing will be a nothing burger, if it even passes!

🚨XRP WILL EXPLODE OVERNIGHT!!! (GRAYSCALE DROPS A HUGE WARNING ON RIPPLE XRP!)🚨
Grayscale's Head of Research just issued a MAJOR WARNING — saying a massive repricing of Ripple XRP could happen the moment the CLARITY Act is passed.
Grayscale also owns almost 50 MILLION XRP — and the Head of Product at Grayscale also said this is just the VERY BEGINNING for Ripple XRP.😳
This changes EVERYTHING for $XRP holders!🔥

@AlSultan_Meriam @SomebodyGr8t @elonmusk 😂 All the liberal city/state commenters chimed in on this one!

@SomebodyGr8t @elonmusk I was paying $130 for my model Y insurance in California!
Please! Where did the $250 come from?

@BigGamegenie @Inj_pumping He really doesn’t, he can be sidestepped! I’ve moved my stuff off Coinbase and will never use that platform again.
English

@Inj_pumping Here's the better question, why does he have any say at all?
English

Brian Armstrong is worth $7.8 billion.
He made most of it from trading fees.
The CLARITY Act would have supercharged on-chain trading his direct competition.
So he killed it.
Then told you it was for your protection.
Let that sink in.
The man who spent years screaming that government shouldn't pick winners in crypto just picked himself as the winner by using his lobbying power to kill the bill that would have unlocked $120 trillion in institutional money.
Gone. Delayed. Because of one post at midnight.
His excuse? Stablecoin yield.
A provision that affects maybe 2% of retail users.
But 100% of Coinbase's revenue model.
Here's the part that should make you furious:
Trump was for it.
The White House was for it.
a16z Armstrong's own investors were for it.
Brad Garlinghouse was for it.
The entire industry was for it.
One man. One post. One midnight. $20 billion wiped from crypto markets by morning.
This isn't 'holding the line on a bad bill.'
This is the most powerful man in American crypto using an entire industry as a shield for his balance sheet.
And half of crypto Twitter is out here defending him.
You know what they call it when a billionaire uses political leverage to protect his monopoly while dressing it up as principle?
They call it regulatory capture. Except this time, crypto did it to itself.
Every day without the CLARITY Act is another day Coinbase keeps its moat.
Every day without it is another day Wall Street's $120T sits on the sideline.
Every day without it is another day your bags don't move.
Brian Armstrong's bags are fine.
Are yours?

English

@Xfinancebull Armstrong really has no say in any of the Clarity Act passing, so what’s the real reason for delay after delay?

IT’S HAPPENING AGAIN 🚨 $XRP AND CRYPTO HOLDERS READ THIS 👇
COINBASE HAS BLOCKED THE CLARITY ACT TWICE AND IT'S NOT LOOKING GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE CRYPTO INDUSTRY
Imagine you've been fighting a court case for four years. You win. The judge rules in your favor.
And just when the law is about to make it permanent, someone who wasn't even part of your fight blocks it because it hurts their paycheck.
That's what's happening to $XRP holders right now.
The CLARITY Act defines tokens as commodities or securities. Protects developers. Protects self-custody. Gives the industry the legal framework we've been begging for since 2020.
It passed the House. Bipartisan. 294-134. Then Coinbase blocked it in the Senate. Twice.
January. Armstrong pulled support the night before a markup. Canceled.
March. White House brokered a compromise. Coinbase rejected it. Again.
The fight? Stablecoin yield. Banks want it banned. Coinbase makes $800M a year from USDC rewards. That's 20% of their revenue. So they'd rather have no bill than lose that income.
Meanwhile the CLARITY Act covers everything else. Token classification. CFTC authority. Tokenized securities. Self-custody rights.
All frozen over one feature that has nothing to do with most of us.
I keep thinking about this. Ripple fought the SEC for four years. We held through delistings, FUD, and uncertainty.
RLUSD was built compliance-first. No yield drama.
No lobbying against legislation.
Ripple is inside DTCC, BNY Mellon, central bank pilots. Building while others block.
If this bill doesn't pass by May, midterms take over and it likely dies. Years of progress. Gone.
One company's revenue model should not hold an entire industry hostage.

🚨🚨🚨 THE CLARITY ACT EXPLAINED 👇 The bill that decides the future of $XRP and every crypto asset in America is hanging by a thread right now. Most people don't understand what's happening. This thread breaks it all down. READ EVERY WORD 🧵👇

@cryptodylnews @Grok can you tell us if this statement has any evidence behind it?

@DesireeAmerica4 My guess would be it’s part of their safety protocols from corporate. And I know they use trash compactors now. How much a bag weighs is beyond me. My bar back days slinging kegs and empty beer bottle trash sucked
English

A Chick-fil-A employee using a mechanical lift to throw away a single trash bag just sparked a massive culture war.
Blue-collar workers filmed it from above, laughing and saying modern men have gotten completely soft. Half the internet agrees, bragging about slinging 50lb boxes into trailers by hand all day.
The other half says Chick-fil-A is brilliant. Fast-food trash is incredibly heavy, and this machine saves employees' backs while preventing massive workers' comp lawsuits.
Are we becoming a weak society, or is this just smart corporate safety?
English

@bavedikian Clearly you’re not a car person and only use it to get you from A to B. Some people enjoy the independence and driving experience it brings. Call an Uber and see if you get the same. I’m not condoning what happened but I also don’t have the full story.
