BREAKING: The Turkish oil tanker “Altura” has been attacked in the Black Sea. The vessel, which is under EU and UK sanctions, had departed the Russian port of Novorossiysk before the attack. The vessel was carrying around 140,000 tons of Russian crude oil. In a distress signal, the crew reported that the tanker was attacked using drones. The strike damaged the upper deck and the engine room, and water ingress has been reported.
