@RogersHelps I have followed the instructions on that page. I have also tried the following: Reset network settings, switching to a new eSIM, restarting phone numerous times. End result still shows the error message. Last time I had this issue it as fixed on the account.

@ScotiabankHelps I applied for a CC online, logged into my account at the start. After I finish it says “we’ll take a look at your application and will be in touch” I click “return home” and now I have a pre-approval offer for the exact same card. I’m confused!
