There is an IVR to ensure you're getting through to the right team and it's been improved off the back of feedback from customers. We always take on board the feedback we receive so we can collect the information and use it to learn more about the areas we need to improve. We will certainly pass this information along to the relevant teams.

Was going to get @virginmedia Internet, but their website is utterly ridiculous they don't have a phone number !
