So now we have karen going 36 feet forward then ramming her 6000 lb SUV into reverse going at 24mph in 2 seconds then she supposedly hits John. Now we have her not applying her breaks. So she missed Higgys jeep and B Albert’s car. What did she do, go in reverse all the way back to meadows. Look at the end of the drive. Then put in a 16ft jeep with a plow. With its trunk inline with the post box. Then where John was found and apparently hit. Karen doesn’t apply her brakes. You can’t write it. The lack of intelligence is mind blowing.

Make it make sense….

This is one of the more important weeks for Karen Read's court matters. Tomorrow will hopefully be the final hearing on her cell phones. As far as the public knows, the Norfolk County DA's office is STILL in possession of her cellphones more than 1 year after her acquittal. There has been no appeal from special prosecutor Cosgrove (well past the 30 day appeal time period) and attempts by the O'Keefe family, to prevent Karen from getting the phones back, have been denied by two separate judges. If all goes well, protocol will be finalized so Karen can get the phones back. 🔹️Monday, 2pm in Dedham Then, Tuesday is a double header with hearings in both the state defamation case (HAMs vs Karen and Aidan Kearney) and the Federal case (Karen vs Proctor, Bukhenik, Tully, HAMs). In the state defamation case, Karen will be defending her motion to dismiss (as well as Aidan). There has been some significant chatter regarding Karen's motion to dismiss so this should be very interesting. In layman's terms, this is Karen and Aidan's shot at getting claims against them dismissed. 🔹️Tuesday, 10AM in Plymouth Then, in the Federal matter, various defendants will be defending their motion to dismiss. Karen will be arguing to keep all claims valid and to continue the lawsuit. 🔹️Tuesday, 3PM in Boston In regards of livestream or Zoom ⤵️ 🔸️Monday will likely have a livestream or Zoom as Judge Doolin has previously been consistent with allowing cameras/Zoom in the courtroom. 🔸️Tuesday, for Judge Gildea's hearing, has a potential to be in-person only as Gildea has been very inconsistent with camera allowance in the courtroom. 🔸️Tuesday, for Judge Casper, there will be no cameras or Zoom as the Federal court does not allow cameras. Yuri Bukhenik is currently on a cruise from Boston to Bermuda making a drunken fool of himself like he always does when he goes out in public. Here he is singing "Proud to be an American" in front of a crowd, despite the fact that he testified that he can barely speak English and his online postings show that his primary allegiance is to Ukraine. The fact that he does this so publicly on a cruise departing from Boston, not realizing that millions of people have seen what a corrupt cop he he is during the Karen Read trial and how he covered for the most racist cop in America, shows how oblivious he is to reality. Wherever these people go they are going to be recognized for all the wrong reasons. They will be branded with the stain of corruption for the rest of their lives.
