@bose $400+ 700 series headphones bricked by auto update. Hundreds of customers in same boat for months. No ability to rollback update (which would fix) without voiding warranty. No answer on support phone lines, stores not open, used to be a great brand...

@bostonid @CircleCI @digitalocean for cost comparison, it's a bit cheaper because the k8s main node is free, you only pay for additional nodes. Right now it's about $50 for the k8s, managed database, balancer, and storage for the registry. but I'm hosting several projects on it pretty easily. I'll write it up!

This follows a call Friday where they asked if we could start referring our enterprise clients to them instead of competitor. We were trying to pay for the privilege of understanding their product offering via Engage. I recall why I moved 15+ apps off them beforehand now :(

@bsnodgrass @baatarchuluun @Dries @thinkbeanagency Together yes. Nothing atypical. We're using gutenberg to replace how we were handling page components with paragraphs module before, layout builder for primarily marketing driven landing pages, and media for more structured content types.
