Ahmedabad today is where Bengaluru was before the rest of India took it seriously. Most people will understand this sentence 10 years late.

Instead of buying a ₹60 lakh 2 BHK flat in a crowded city, go 2 hours away (~80 km) from the city, buy 1 acre of land, and build a big house with a farm. Grow your own vegetables, work from home, eat healthy, get married, have kids, and enjoy life. There are also fewer extra expenses this way. In a city, it is easy to spend ₹500-₹800 daily without thinking. But here, you don't have many options to spend money, so you naturally save more. Once a week, go to the city, enjoy city life, go for a movie, have dinner, spend some money, and then return to your farmhouse.

Someone is selling an entire hill in Tuscany. 45 hectares, for €1.3M ($1.5M). That's 111 acres of southern Tuscan countryside with a 500m² stone farmhouse on top, 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a pool, and an outdoor wood-burning oven. The estate sits at 400m altitude on a privately owned hill near Saturnia, 8 km from the famous thermal baths and 50 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The farmhouse was built in the early 1800s by the Piccolomini Counts as the steward's residence for what was once a much larger estate. The current 45 hectares break down as 37 ha of woodland, 7 ha of arable land, and 1 ha of olive grove with 50 trees. It borders a nature park and the Albenga River. What makes the price interesting is the land. 45 hectares fully consolidated and bordering a protected park is rare at this level in Tuscany. Most farmhouses in this price range come with 1-3 hectares of land. Here you're buying the hill itself. The trade-off is access. You're 160 km from Rome airport and 200 km from Pisa, so this isn't a fly-in-for-the-weekend kind of place. Then again, if you're buying a hill in Tuscany, being hard to reach is probably the point. How much would something like this cost where you live?

India and the Nordic nations have made exceptional progress in the last few years. Trade ties have grown stronger and investment linkages have deepened significantly. One of the most significant outcomes of today’s India-Nordic Summit is our decision to elevate our ties to a Green Technology and Innovation Strategic Partnership. This will combine innovation with scale and talent, while advancing our shared commitment towards sustainability, trusted technologies and a better future for humanity. @SwedishPM @jonasgahrstore @statsmin @PetteriOrpo

Scam Altman and Greg Stockman stole a charity. Full stop. Greg got tens of billions of stock for himself and Scam got dozens of OpenAI side deals with a piece of the action for himself, Y Combinator style. After this lawsuit, Scam will also be awarded tens of billions in stock directly. The fundamental question is simply this: Do you want to set legal precedent in the United States that it is ok to loot a charity? If so, you undermine all charitable giving in the United States forever. I could have started OpenAI as a for-profit corporation. Instead, I started it, funded it, recruited critical talent and taught them everything I know about how to make a startup successful FOR THE PUBLIC GOOD. Then they stole the charity.
X Freeze@XFreeze

Interesting how it works Elon puts up his own money, rounds up the absolute best AI talent on the planet, leverages every connection he has to secure serious resources, and launches OpenAI in 2015 as a pure non-profit explicitly created to develop AI for the benefit of humanity, with zero profit motive and open research Then the “team” decides they want the bag They push Elon out, take control, and quietly flip the entire thing into a for-profit machine All while preaching the same sanctimonious lines on repeat: “We’re still mission-driven!” “AI for the good of humanity!” “We’d never abandon our principles!” The ultimate betrayal: Elon got zero equity. Not a single share. He funded it. He built the foundation. He got nothing while they turned his non-profit into their personal cash cow This is the level of betrayal and hypocrisy we’re dealing with And for the record.... this lawsuit doesn’t put a single penny in Elon’s pocket. Any win goes straight back to the non-profit to restore the exact mission he founded

From Bajirao to Khilji to Jaskirat/Hamza. What a journey we have had! Preeti M’am, you are a pillar of Dhurandhar and an Icon of our industry. Grateful for every moment collaborating with you! 😇❤️🧿🙏🏽 Chardi Kala !
Aditya Dhar@AdityaDharFilms

Here’s to Preetisheel, my Sardarni sister from Pathankot.
Mera Sher.😁 When I first heard her name, I’ll be honest, I was hesitant. There were all these opinions floating around, “she’s arrogant,” “she’s too expensive,” “she only does prestige projects.” And then I met her. In that one meeting, all of it just fell apart. It reminded me of something I’ve learned the hard way in this industry, never build your truth on borrowed opinions.
More often than not, they come from a place that has nothing to do with the person you’re about to meet. What I found in Preeti was not just an artist of extraordinary ability but a deeply warm, grounded and fiercely loving human being. The laughter we shared in the middle of madness, the long conversations about life, the endless hours spent obsessing over every character, those are memories I will carry with me for the rest of my life. There was something about her presence, that beautiful, reassuring smile, that made even the most impossible days feel manageable. And then there was her constant voice in my ear, lifting me up in ways I didn’t even know I needed.
“Aditya, tujhe pata nahi hai tu kya cheez hai, tujhe idea bhi nahi hai tu kya karne wala hai.”❤️ What she and her team pulled off on this film is nothing short of extraordinary. When most of the crew was waking up, they were already on set. And when everyone wrapped, they were still there. Running on barely 2–3 hours of sleep, day after day, with a kind of relentless focus that you rarely witness. No complaints. No noise. Just pure commitment to the vision. There were more than a hundred character designs across both parts (some extremely complicated ones like Nawab Shafiq and Bade Saab). Thousands of faces shaped, aged, transformed. An army of nearly 20,000 junior artists brought to life through detail, texture and truth. But beyond the numbers, what stays with me is the intent. For Preeti, it was never about “looks.” It was always about people. About making sure every character, no matter how small, felt real, lived-in and honest. She treated each face with respect, as if it had a story worth telling. That’s rare. Today, she’s not just my HOD. She’s family. A constant in my life, in cinema and beyond. Preeti, thank you for standing by me, for believing in me when I couldn’t see it myself and for pouring your heart into Dhurandhar the way you did. And this is just the beginning for us. Love, always. ❤️

Fifteen years ago, my brother lost his wife in a tragic car accident and then vanished without a trace, leaving his three young daughters behind. The girls, just 3, 5, and 8 at the time, arrived at my doorstep with a social worker and one small suitcase. The youngest kept asking when her mommy would return, the oldest went quiet after the first week, and the middle one wouldn’t even take her clothes out of the bag, as if she expected to leave any day. I kept hoping he’d come back, that there had to be some terrible reason for his absence. But the days stretched into months and then years, with no word at all. Eventually, I stopped waiting and stepped up completely. I was the one making school lunches, attending every performance, nursing them through sickness, and guiding them through their first heartbreaks and milestones. Over time, those girls stopped feeling like my nieces and became my own daughters in every way that mattered. Then, out of nowhere last week, he finally appeared at my door — looking aged and worn by whatever path he had taken. The girls had no idea who he was, but I recognized him instantly. Without any explanation or apology, he simply handed me a sealed envelope and murmured, “Not in front of them.” I held it for a moment, my mind racing through all those silent years. Fifteen years. And this was what he returned with. Then I looked up at him — and slowly opened it.
