@AskAllSaints am I able to swap a size on an order that hasn’t yet been collected by dpd? I’ve got dispatch confirmation but dpd says they have retrieved the parcel yet.

@PayPal are there any known issues at the moment? I’m only able to log into PayPal if I’m connected to a Wi-Fi connection, if I try on mobile data the screen just doesn’t load once I click login?

@YodelOnline Can I speak to someone who's actually going to sort my problem out, my parcel was marked as delivered and it was most definately not. I have text messages proving that that the driver they assigned to my parcel admitted that he never had my parcel or came to my home.

@Hermesparcels my parcel has attempted to be delivered to the wrong address and is being sent back to the retailer, is there any chance you can stop this and reliever to the correct address tomorrow 👍

This is mad because it’s true, I’ve lost over 2 stone in the last few months from my mental health being severely effected and not being able to eat, but even my family think I look loads better. I haven’t eaten a full meal in months but sure I’ve lost a dress size or 2 x
