@AKasingye There are certain things people do when it's not their habits. The day you have an ill person and there's jam, is the day you'll not think of the road rules and regulations. Sometimes, we need to give a benefit of doubt to some of these drivers.

The driver of this vehicle overtook us in a jam. Fortunately he stopped as another vehicle tried to reverse. I ordered him to reverse and instructed all vehicles behind me not to allow him in as he got pushed by oncoming vehicles. #StayInYourLane

benefit from Emyoga and the parish model programs. Every serving soldier would be comfortable when he knows at home he/she has an income generating activity so that at retirement he/she is guaranteed a decent retirement.
