@SamaHoole Tinned/ canned fish have very high levels of histamines; bad for some people.

Nobody has ever given a full-throated sales pitch for a tin of sardines. That is a market gap.
Allow me.
The tin is food-grade steel, lined, sealed, oxygen removed. The environment inside is more controlled than most restaurant kitchens you have eaten in happily and without incident.
No preservatives. Canning is heat and the absence of oxygen. Just the fish, suspended exactly as they were the day the boat came in.
The omega-3s survive it. Studies comparing fresh to tinned show no meaningful difference in EPA and DHA. The fish was caught, canned within hours, and the fatty acids went nowhere.
The bones are edible. They have been sitting in olive oil long enough to become soft, and they are the calcium delivery mechanism the sardine built for itself. You eat them. That is the intended use.
What the tin actually contains: EPA and DHA in immediately usable form. Selenium, iodine, B12, CoQ10, vitamin D, calcium, complete protein with every essential amino acid.
Your protein shake has twenty-three ingredients. The sardine grew its own nutrition in the North Atlantic and asked for nothing.
A food humans have eaten since before written history now apparently requires a defence.
Buy the tin.

@EthicalSkeptic Can you connect the ideas with the graphic and red line? The red line on the world map shows 102 degrees which is currently 2 degrees off of the old north pole direction?

Now I have found a "spin / counter-spin" interaction for my new UFO model, which is flat, quiet, and matches exactly, how the inner spinning magnet is supposed to move, relative to an outer, counter-spinning flywheel of 4 magnets.
The whole device is driven by 3 central wire coils with U-V-W power, and 6 outer wire coils with U-V-W-U-V-W power.
The inner spinning magnet is attracted to those outer 4 ring magnets, and TRIES to make them move upward, as both rotors spin and counter-spin at a relative 2 x 30 Hz.
I will attempt to measure precise forces soon. 🛸
Never studied before. Based on plans supplied by friendly aliens. You have been lied to big-time.

Just got my brain scan results back
Language regions are the strongest, and visual processing is the weakest
Cool that this lines up with cognitive testing. During the verbal fluency test my examiner had to say "stop saying words, I can't write that fast"
And I've always had a hard time visualizing things. Curious if a year without screens changes that.
