It might not sound crazy to Web3 OG’s oo but it was when $21k was wiped out off my wallet on the 26th of December 2021. My eyes first do wetin? E blur once. That experience made me step back from the industry for like a year. I came back in late 2022 and started rebuilding a proper career in community building amongst other things.

Coming from someone who has seen proper hell in life and has actually touched decent money let me be very clear, 7 million Naira is still SERIOUS money if you're not living extravagantly! Many hardworking Nigerians (salary earners, civil servants, small business owners) will never see 7 million in one place in their entire working life and the average monthly salary still hovers around ₦300k–₦500k in many places. Stop the delusion abeg. The economy is tough, yes inflation, dollar wahala, everything but 7 million is still a life-changing amount for the vast majority of people. Be real. Be grateful. And stop gaslighting people who are grinding every day just to survive.
