The Speaker has announced that the Recall Petition in #Peterborough has been successful. As more than 10% of the constituency's electorate signed the petition, Fiona Onasanya is no longer an MP and there will be a by-election in Peterborough.

Thrilled this government is banning wild animals in circuses. Lots of us have been pushing for this for a long time now. It should have happened far sooner but huge thanks to @michaelgove and others who have made this happen. So pleased.

@GraffitiJayTee @Old_Tenner Living within means is permanent. Those means grow under Conservative economic policy. Lowering corporation tax producing higher returns for example. Economics is more complex than “it’s rich tax it!”
