⚠️ بر اساس گزارش‌های منتشرشده، #امیرمحمد_مجلل_چوبری‌ شهروند ۲۲ ساله در تاریخ ۱۲ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات سراسری در تهران بازداشت و به زندان قزلحصار منتقل شد. با وجود طرح اتهامات مختلف، تاکنون هیچ حکمی در پرونده وی صادر نشده است. امیرمحمد مجلل چوبری پیش از این هیچ‌گونه سابقه بازداشت یا محکومیت قضایی نداشته و بازداشت او نخستین تجربه برخورد امنیتی در زندگی‌اش محسوب می‌شود. تداوم نگهداری او در بازداشت موقت بدون صدور حکم، نگرانی‌ها درباره وضعیت حقوقی و شرایط نگهداری وی را افزایش داده است؛ به‌ویژه آنکه او همچنان از تعیین تکلیف قضایی محروم مانده و در شرایطی نامشخص در زندان به سر می‌برد. #از_بازداشتیها_بگو «همبستگی، تنها راه پیروزی» #اقدام_مشترک | #گام
