No discounts. Ever. That was always my policy at @SenjaHQ We even have a marketing page dedicated to explaining the policy. But the truth is, discounts drive action And buyers are flooded with offers And our product is fantastic So we want them to try it without limits and see what makes us special. So now we're rinsing our lead list with discounts and seeing 10 extra upgrades a day BUT the next question is, will these people 'get it'? Or does the discount simply lead to higher churn? I learn through doing, so let's find out...
