The 400-500T point is wrong. Look at where the 400-500T is parked today. Real estate, bonds, equities in that order. All of them produce a yield. RE is highest imo because of the no vol. (No m2m) The 400-500T wants low-to-no vol and a decent yield. $STRC

Just an FYI tomorrow morning you can buy STRK at a price for more than 10% yield before it goes to monthly or semi monthly and the price skyrockets. Get paid 10% effective while waiting for MSTR and Bitcoin to moon… 🤔🤔🤔 70% STRD / 30% MSTR is also a killer income/growth allocation that IMHO is better than 100% STRK. Regardless, I don’t expect the deals to last.

Just opened a new position. $MSTR $130 put 6/5. 6 contracts at $3.10. $1,860 collected. $MSTR is at $170. My breakeven is $126.90. The stock needs to fall 25% before I lose a dollar on this trade. Here’s why I like this setup right now: IV on $MSTR is 81.74%. That’s elevated and good enough for me. When IV is that high, option sellers get paid a premium for the fear in the market. I’m collecting $3.10 on a put that’s $40 out of the money because the market is pricing in significant downside risk that I don’t believe will materialize. Theta is $0.115 per contract per day. On 6 contracts that’s $69 in time decay working in my favor every single day the market is open. 39 days to expiry. The $130 strike matters because it lines up with strong support — that’s roughly where $MSTR was trading before the April rally. It would take a full reversal of the last 6 weeks of price action for this trade to get threatened. My target is 50% profit — close at $1.55. At current theta that could happen in 2-3 weeks without $MSTR moving at all. Running total realized since the beginning of March: $6,098. Another $1,860 now working.
