Australia’s current political culture is incongruent with what it takes to be a great entrepreneur and it’s extremely disappointing and unfortunate that this is where such a beautiful amazing country has landed. They have the opportunity to do the exact opposite - copy the US QSBS structure etc however they cannot deal with “tall poppies” so they try and make everyone equal - it’s effectively communism. The best and smartest will vote with their feet unfortunately.

@ryancarson Yes, I use it for everything. CMO, CFO, CTO, Book Keeper, Accountant etc etc.

Starting to think about moving away from OpenClaw and into Codex for my executive assistant/chief of staff.
Is anyone else considering this, or if you've done it, how's it going for you?
However, there's one major problem where you can't authenticate multiple Google Workspace accounts, which is often necessary for EA stuff.

"A CEO does only three things. Sets the overall vision and strategy of the company and communicates it to all stakeholders. Recruits, hires, and retains the very best talent for the company. Makes sure there is always enough cash in the bank."

a founder has three jobs. everything else is serious amounts of noise.
1. you have to tell the story. roughly in three registers. first investors need inevitability. customers need to *feel* what you do/stand for. & your team needs a mission worth their best years.
2. you must secure the capital before you need it. running out of money is running out of options. you have to be relentless about it.
3. you must obsess over the product. product is the story made accessible for everyone. every shipped detail is a sentence back into the narrative in point number one.
this is the entire job.
everything else you either delegate or kill. early on with a really small team, delegation is a huge tax so you have to learn to kill more than you delegate.

The reason I’m so bullish on America is not just AI, but because at the end of the day AI on its own is nothing. People need to use it. If you gave AI to Australians, not much would happen, but Americans are savages and will use it to maximum advantage, and the entire economy and country will accelerate as a result.
