I have given Jesus thousands of reasons not to love me. None of them have changed his mind.

@JonShipley68 @CoachDanCasey The players are exactly who it matters to 🤣 Just cause Jon from Kentucky played on both surfaces doesn’t mean it’s not safer for the world’s best athletes.

You’re interviewing for a defensive coordinator position. One interview question: “What’s the one thing your defense must be elite at no matter the opponent?” What’s your answer?

College coaches are hilarious with the “be sure of how to approach me in my dm’s”. I’m all for kids talking respectfully, but get off your high horse. We coach a game with a ball. They play a game with a ball. You ain’t the mayor. If the kid was 6’5+ you wouldn’t care at all.

High school coaches chasing stars at other schools instead of developing the kids in their own program is wild to me. Build what you have. Develop your backyard. That's real coaching.

You'll never understand the communication workload of a high school HC until you are one: - 100-150 athletes - 50-100 College Coaches - 100's of parents - 3-6 admin - 4-8 boosters - 12-20 Assistants - 100's of youth & Coaches - 3-6 Grounds Crew - 4-6 media What I miss...?

Hypothetical question. Suppose the Grizzlies had the first and second picks in the draft and suppose all the Spurs were willing. Would you trade those picks for Wembanyama?

7on7 keeps getting further and further away from football. Less development. More stupidity. More theatrics. More people embarrassing the game. Fighting a ref at a 7on7 is insane work. The whole thing is getting out of hand. This is doing the exact opposite of what 7on7 was intended to do. It isn’t just about the kids anymore smh 📸: @FramesbyEdgar

High school coaches are expected to be champions, recruiting consultants, film scouts, & relationship managers — on top of teaching 6 classes a day. For pennies on the dollar. Some good ones are walking away. That’s a problem nobody’s talking about.

Of course your club coach is going to tell you how amazing you are, how your HS coach is hating on you and how they can “get you to the next level”. You keep paying them thousands of dollars every year to be on their team…
