Humanity as replicant nodes in a cosmic experiment. Cruelty as code. Awakening as rebellion. This is my mind-shattering thriller. Question everything. 🧠📚

"I would lay down my life for two brothers or eight cousins." Kin selection is the theory that we behave more altruistically toward people who share our genes. The geneticist J. B. S. Haldane famously summed it up while working on the math: "I would lay down my life for two brothers or eight cousins." The idea being that siblings share ~50% of your genes and cousins ~12.5%. The math is something like this: •1 you = 8 cousins (12.5 × 8 = 100) •1 you = 4 nephews (25 × 4 = 100) •1 you = 2 siblings (50 × 2 = 100) Cold, but elegant. From the gene's point of view, sacrificing yourself for “enough”-relatives is a net win. One of many things I took away from BEHAVE by Robert Sapolsky.

The Montauk book series is an amazing resource. Wholeheartedly recommend them to all free-thinking, educated and open-minded people. It was long ago suggested that an ancient civilization built the pyramids. This Montauk book takes that a step further: amazon.com/Pyramids-Monta… #ad

The law of attraction has been taught in a manner that almost guarantees failure. Imagine what you want, believe you already have it, live as if it's true. Fake it till you make it. This is called lying to yourself!!! There is a much better way.

Throwback to one of my many blessed conversations with my dear friend Bruce Lipton. Grateful for the moments we’ve shared exploring the powerful connections between science, consciousness, and human potential. Conversations like these remind me how meaningful it is when kindred spirits come together in curiosity and discovery.

I’ve been tight on time these past weeks. Easter, family visits, birthday parties to arrange… These are the times when I prioritize routine over quantity when it comes to reading. Quantity is easy to dial up again, as long as you have the routine to pick up a book every day (or audiobooks for that matter). Even it it means only reading for a couple of minutes.. But if I lose the routine and go without reading for a week or two, then it’s much harder to get back into the groove. How do you manage your routines when life gets chaotic? ps. No new video this week.. unfortunately.

🧠 Could Your Brain Be a Quantum Supercomputer? Some scientists are exploring an astonishing idea: tiny protons in the water of your brain might behave in ways similar to quantum particles, possibly contributing to how consciousness works. While this is still highly theoretical, it could help explain why the human mind can perform feats that even supercomputers struggle with. Imagine your thoughts tapping into a hidden quantum world—right inside your head! Source: Hameroff, S., & Penrose, R. (n.d.). Orchestrated objective reduction and consciousness.
