@brainytower I can relate to that, the last few years in particular have been extremely humbling for me but resulted in a lot of growth. Looks like it won't be getting any better, so I better get used to it. 😅

Fellow blood donors, how many times per week does @RedCross call you asking for more? After 4 calls this week already, I asked them to stop, again. What do you consider too much? BTW, 4 to 6 calls per week is about average for me.

@joshduffney Intentionally? No. Circumstantially? Quite often. Not much of a breakfast guy, and many times on the weekend I work until 8 or 9 PM. By then I'm too tired to eat.

Anyone out there doing the 1x meal a day thing? What's your experience been with it? Has your energy improved?

@RyanStalets @benkershner @saltysparty I've driven through most of the lower 48. Nebraska was the longest drive of my life. The lack of development in Wyoming and Montana is amazing. Would love to explore both more.

@benkershner @saltysparty I did that trip the other direction through SD and I agree, although having grown up in IL the overwhelming emptiness of the Dakotas is interesting. You saw here that everything is cultivated. There it’s brain bending not even having cultivation, just cows and missile silos.
