@BigCartiier Mw 19/wz1 area was very good. I even enjoyed the vanguard era... And i enjoyed mw3. It's just these last two games i really did not fibe with.

I know MW19/OG Warzone was crazy in numbers, but I'm seeing a trend in people saying no good game came after MW19... as if MW3 and MW3 Warzone wasn't GAS too

@CPreds_ It gets hate but MW19 and especially WZ1 had a great balance of being accessible for casuals but still enough of a skill gap that you can grind to get better. MWII way overcorrected and provided nothing to get better at while BO7 is an absolute sweatfest none of my friends play

The BO7 vs. MW19 debate is once again showing that having a large “skill gap” in a CoD is not actually beneficial to the franchise. Black Ops 7 is actually a solid game. I’ve enjoyed the updates and the content is great. But most people won’t give it a shot because of how sweaty it is. This is where MW19 shined — it had great graphics, gunplay, and was easy to play.

@subonekd Very valid points! My biggest complaint about Battlefield is the slow progression. It just isn’t rewarding to hop in for a quick one hour session. I get that it’s a marathon, but it would be way more fun if things unlocked a bit faster.

BF6 can’t seem to get out of its own way. Despite what people think, progression and advancement drive engagement. COD remains top dog because no matter how horrible the game is, there’s something to grind for. Battlefield has taken the opposite road. You can play for hours and log almost no unlocks or levels. A 20 minute game of conquest might unlock 2 or 3 markers on a battle pass token, guns level slower than my 100 year old grandmother who’s been dead for 3 years. At some point this lack of progression becomes a detriment to the game. Base weapons are locked behind random challenges that require explicitly specific gameplay and modes, excluding ftp and players who just don’t care for those modes from even accessing weapons. Camos are a nightmare to navigate, either requiring specific, unnatural gameplay or taking on a full time job grinding a single weapon just to unlock a base camo. No matter what you do, even after progressing was “improved” the game’s progression is draaaaging. My solo time on BF6 has dropped to almost an afterthought because of this. If I have 30 minutes at the end of the night or before everyone gets on, I used to boot COD MP and grind a camo, an unlock, a BL level etc. BF offer nothing but frustration. Hours of playing, one or two BP levels unlocked. Weapons progressing slower than cold molasses. Camos I want locked behind modes I hate. Behind the Audio being trash, progression is often the number one reason I boot Arc Raiders over BF6 these days and it’s a shame.

About legacy weapons in #Warzone. They nerfed most BO6 guns, but didn't touch MW3 and MW2 damage profiles. So the guns that were already good from these titles still are. Thinking about Striker, MX9, for example, that are still more than competitive.

Glad the aim assist and open matchmaking changes are happening for WZ but with casual playlists I’m not sure how much the matchmaking will change. The increased health LTM sounds interesting as well, maybe iron trials vibes

@BcBeanney @CallofDuty Their whole campaign is a waste of development time. It would have been better to invest it in warzone.
