You can't expect to consistently finish higher than San Diego State, Utah State, etc. when you spend millions less. I get asked: "Why can Utah State change coaches and keep winning and have more success than Boise State?" Spending $1.2 million more is a nice place to start.

But that’s it. They don’t listen to fans. Coaches don’t make decisions based on what fans want or discuss on social media. They do what they think is best for the team - and I 100 percent expect that means Madsen will be the starter at Oregon.

@SEA_BRONCO I’d bet my entire mortgage that Maddux is the starter Game 1. They’ll listen to fans on a few things but no checking staff would ever, or in my opinion, should ever listen to a fanbase when it comes to starting players. If they did that Malachi Nelson would’ve been QB1
