This is crazy. Our enemies could not be this effective in undermining the next generation.

This @Stanford professor, @joboaler, has led an unprecedented and devastating assault on mathematics standards in the name of equity in California. Her efforts contributed to the removal of Algebra 1 from 8th grade and helped introduce racialized math, among other injustices. Again, all done in the name of racial equity. If robbing countless Californian kids of their right to a quality education is not a crime, then I don't know what it is. "The anonymous complaint, backed by a California-based group of math-and-science focused professionals, alleges that Professor Jo Boaler—the most prominent influence on California’s K-12 math framework that nudges schools away from accelerated math pathways—has in 52 instances misrepresented supporting research she has cited in her own work in order to support her conclusions. These include the notions that taking timed tests causes math anxiety, mixing students of different academic levels boosts achievement, and students have been found to perform better when teachers don’t grade their work. This pattern of "citation misrepresentation," the complaint alleges, violates Stanford’s standards of professional conduct for faculty, showing a disregard for accuracy, and may violate the university's research integrity rules." And: "Boaler runs a center out of Stanford called Youcubed, which produces data science courses promoted in the California math framework and offers consulting services. Records from one California public school district showed she charged $5,000 per hour in fees. She has also cultivated a high profile in educational and progressive circles. After she drew negative press for the initial drafts of the equity-focused California math framework that she led, she sought help from Democratic megadonor Laurene Powell Jobs to advocate for the guidelines to California governor Gavin Newsom, according to emails." freebeacon.com/california/san…

@Hebro_Steele @Stanford @joboaler Not surprisingly, Prof. Boaler is in the School of Education. She knows as much about math education as I know … well, it’s hard to think of any subject about which I am less informed.

I don't know, when Trump was President the world didn't seem like there was a new war every other week... I'm not sure it's correct to say that voting for a presidential candidate can be unconstitutional, this implies the whole system of choosing presidential candidates is unconstitutional itself then, right?

Do you agree with Republican Liz Cheney Here? “A vote for Donald Trump may mean the last election that you ever get to vote in...People have to recognize that a vote for Donald Trump is a vote against the Constitution.” “I will never vote for Donald Trump and I will do whatever it takes to make sure that Donald Trump is defeated.” “It’s painful for me, as someone who spent her whole in Republican politics, who grew up as a Republican to watch what’s happening to my party.”

@Travis_in_Flint If he didn’t commit the crime, they can appeal. But in one breath you declare abuse of government and the next say James and Engoron need to be arrested treason, which is ridiculously silly. Also, the “nobody cared that he was breaking the law” is not a real defense.

Commentary Donald J. Trump Posts From Truth Social
FoxNews worked hard today, and were able to find 3 representative voters to go on the show. One was for Crooked Joe, where the person found nothing mentally wrong with him. Another was for Birdbrain, and the 3rd for Ron DeSanctimonious. Considering that I’m leading Biden by 11 Points (WAPO), and leading the Republicans by over 50 Points, FoxNews must have worked very hard not to find a TRUMPER? @leslibless Ironically, it’s the breach by Trump’s attorney — who has now pleaded guilty — that brought this about. In all fairness, we now know that people attempting to steal an election can get access. Trump’s people.

Federal Ninth District Court Judge, Amy Totenberg, has ordered Georgia’s Sec of State into court to explain Georgias use of Dominions computerized electronic voting systems, concurring the 2020 election was not secure. “There is sufficient evidence to believe these machines used by the State of Georgia have substantial flaws.” A non-jury trial is scheduled for January 7.

Jenna Ellis is a turncoat for starters and people lie regularly. She now is working with the prosecution as part of her plea deal after being charged with a ridiculous crime. She will lie for the prosecution instead of defense. Fulton County and its officials will one day be under an indictment and rico case of their own. One of the most corrupt districts in the country. This is hearsay. Means nothing. As a general rule, hearsay isn’t admissible in court but there are a couple of exceptions. And I don’t believe she meets the requirements for the exceptions. The real story here is how @ABC managed to “obtain” selectively edited video. There should be an investigation into how they came into possession of this footage and what are they not airing.

I really want to know how anyone can still think that Trump should be anywhere near the White House ever again after this. Jenna Ellis told prosecutors in Georgia, during a proffer, that Dan Scavino told her: "The boss is not going to leave [The White House] under any circumstances. We are just going to stay in power.” Can someone explain to me why this is an attribute that someone would want in a president of the United States? And before you claim that Jenna Ellis was lying, please note that lying to prosecutors during a proffer like this, can result in up to five years in prison.

@tribelaw Thanks for pointing out what Biden is doing. First he came for the January 6 rally participants, but I did not speak out because I don't go to rallies. Then he went for the Trumps, but I didn't speak b/c I'm not a Trump. Then . . .

Jared Kushner reportedly provided intelligence to MBS (Mohammed bin Salman) and sought numerous classified documents, exceeding the requests of many White House officials not part of the National Security Council. Despite being flagged as a potential national security threat, Trump dismissed career officials' reservations. Kushner, known for authoring The Abraham Accord, refrains from claiming credit now as the situation worsened, evidenced by the recent conflict in Israel.

For years Gavin Newsom has blamed the homeless crisis on local officials or on the complexity of the system itself, even though he controls it all as the boss of a one-party state. Now he has proven that he can fix it if he wants to. No more excuses.

@DavidSacks @alx My conspiracy theory is that California doesn't clean its streets to reduce property value so their donors can come in and buy up property at a discount. This, along with the "go ahead and steal" laws, also destroy small and medium business competitors of their big donors.
