Once-off, limited bottling to commemorate @SimonsigWines 50th Anniversary. Wooded, but rapier precision and energetic thrust of stone fruit and citrus.

Not sure what depresses me more with the latest @ultraliquors specials. The fact that a 30% 3year old brandy is only R5 more than entry level vodka, or that a 100% 10 year old is only R30 more than 30% 5 year old. Not sustainable, not helping brandy...

I wish more #blendedbrandy producers would age the neutral spirit a touch like @OudeMolenBrandy The difference is massive. Great with water or rocks. One of @WHISKYdotcoza long standing arguments I fully support!

@Danie_Pretorius That's where all blended brandy should be. No point in selling a 30% 3yr aged quality spirit for vodka money. Does nothing but keep the bad name brandy really should be shaking with more progressive consumers.
