Felt he left right as things were starting to click for him in the Queen City. Honorable Mention: Jordy Alcívar - the most talented #8 I've seen in a Charlotte kit so far

In Charlotte we have a very similar property. A wonderful local coffee shop was slated to open there. Permits were filed and approved, construction was finished, and when they went to open, after spending thousands of their own dollars @CLTgov said "this business can't open."

@averagemean @Rickwins I used to live in the apt building at that intersection and I kid you not, there was a wreck every couple of weeks. Multiple cars have hit the building as well. In fact, I was almost T-boned there yesterday. It's a nightmare for pedestrians

bc you’re thinking how can it be that extreme??? but that’s bc the infrastructure in charlotte is not ready to handle the speed at which this area is growing at… sigh the airport is another example… if you want to hear my thoughts on that, just leave a “✈️” lol

i miss living in a walkable city… and this is ☝️ reason why i will always love san francisco 🥹 bc why is my current work commute a “6 min” drive but almost an hour walk here in charlotte… makes me sad… #WorkFromHome bc look 👀⬇️
