I feel bad for Bill Nye as he's desperately struggling at the No Kings rally to try to tie everything back to 1776 and King George... it's just like, your strained metaphor sucks. You just hate Trump and there's nothing you can do about it, is there?

Everything about No Kings reminds me of cope-- coping with a lame-ass name for your movement in the same way an actor contractually obligated to play Jar Jar Binks has to find a way to spin things: "Here in Jar Jar Nation, we know Star Wars, and we're all psyched for this film!"

The crashing and burning of Bill Gates is one of the more spectacular turns of our age. It's hard to believe. This guy was not only the global warming guru but probably the top Covid lockdown and vaccine pundit who made bank on the whole operation. Now he is a poster child of overclass arrogance, pretense, decadence, and corruption. Amazing.

Another mindboggling concept: what if someone didn't hate either Trump or Obama, per say, but wasn't a fan of either of them, either? What if indifference or annoyance was the primary emotion they conjured up?

The deepest, darkest part of my conspiratorial mind worries that the Zero Covid weirdos were right AND the anti-vaxxers were right too-- that Covid is a bioengineered weapon that harms people irreparably and the vaccine is also extremely harmful.

Back when I was a kid in the '80s these Pink Panther cartoons were on at like 6-6:30 in the morning when during the winter it would still be dark out. I found them disturbing and oddly scary.
There's something very airless and Twin Peaks Black Lodgey about them.

One thing men learn going through natural puberty is that the testosterone raging through their bodies needs to be regulated. One's childhood is a series of checks and balances where your urge to, for example, kill your schoolmates, is kept somewhat under control.

@brawndosaurus Man, from your mouth to God’s ears. I wish that were the case, too, but since our entire school system is set up to make you believe you need approval from on high to be valuable, I can’t see it happening. Real freedom and real happiness is being able to go it alone.
