@HantsCastiger @Casfaithful Feels like we have really fallen short in recruitment yet again, despite the Chester fanfare. I can't see how we recover quickly enough from this. Looks a complete mess. Comparing us to the 3 new teams is frightening. We look miles off.

@Pleyndamour Jepson has promoted Wilson and allowed Murrell and Delaney to remain at the club. He has to have some criticism regardless of the positives he has brought

Whilst they might be decent people, we really need to clear out those who have been integral to failure for the last few years. Danny Wilson, Brett Delaney and Scott Murrell only know failure and we can’t carry that culture any longer.

Trump’s senile crash out is reminiscent of Brian Clough - one of the great English managers - getting Nottingham Forest relegated in 1993. The guy has become a walking disaster. Even his greatest admirers can’t bear to look. It’s all ending terribly. Very sad, as he’d say.

@breadzeppellin I’m a bit more positive about recruitment this season. Weaver has a lot of potential as a 7 and Atoni and Ashworth make metres. Ravalawa looks like a shadow of his NRL form so far, but it’s early days for him in a Cas shirt. I don’t need to see more of Asi, though.

Whilst he might have a point, our defensive issues are also very obvious. I’m not sure why Delaney is getting a free pass here - our defence is no better than when he joined the club at the start of 2025. We need some tactically astute coaches under Carr IMO.

What I saw in our game today is: Maps is class Stimpson 100% better this season JQQ great improvement had no problem under the high ball (unlike Ravawala) Ashton a great pick up Asi spends more time running up his own ass Need to drop Ravawala Need to get Hirst on a longer deal
