@FAFO_USA @RealCandaceO @baroncoleman Yeah, that's the standard in most states. I'm glad this is giving people the opportunity to see how wild the U.S. justice system can be. At least we know a little bit about what we should be looking for if it makes it to trial.

@breakthechamber @RealCandaceO @baroncoleman A primary hearing in Utah is a joke. The prosecution just has to show enough evidence that there should be a trial. The problem with that “evidence” is for the primary hearing is that it doesn’t have to be authenticated. It’s really dumb

Lance Twiggs was originally interviewed at WCSO at 1 a.m. on 9/12/2025, which is when the pictures were taken of the text and discord exchanges that are on the evidence list. Sheriff Brooksby said that everything that happened in the interview room with Robinson was recorded. The newly released court filing states that the 1102 recorded statements of Lance Twiggs are from a follow up interview that took place 4/20/2026. If interview rooms can be recorded at the WCSO (and this is a massive case in Utah), why is is it that the footage from from the original interview with Twiggs is not being introduced as evidence for the preliminary hearing? That is the footage that would actually show the photographs being taken of Twiggs's phone.

Sheriff Brooksby states that the interview room at the WCSO where Tyler Robinson waited to be transfered to Utah County on 9/11/2025 was recorded. The evidence list provided on 4/3/2026 says that video recording from WCSO will be clipped to show from approximately 6:50 - 7:15 on 9/11/2025 to show what Tyler Robinson was wearing. The leaked discord confession was posted at 7:57 Utah time on 9/11/2025. Per the prosecution's court filings, we know that Robinson was at the WCSO in view of camera by at least 6:50. Why are they limiting the WCSO footage to this time frame when they should have footage of Tyler Robinson in the interview room at 7:57? This would be the time we can actually see Robinson sending the discord message.

Here is a screen recording that was pulled into the archive the night of the 11th. AB has explained why the audio is delayed. AB said "did you guys see what happened," PL said "how are you," AB said "did you see what happened, Phil," PL said "no" then smiled. At no point does AB ask "did you see anything" or "do you want to say anything." Later when AB is walking away he thanks Phil and said he wishes they would have met under different circumstances. I will grant that people are confusing videos being discussed and what Phil is referencing in some interviews, but this one doesn't work for me. Thanks for sending that space! There is a lot in there and I hadn't heard it yet.

I'm going to leave the audio analysis alone here, that's not really what I do or why I am involved in the audio discussion. The content that is being reposted is extremely important, though. It is a "textbook" example of how LLM AI is misused and perpetuates the dissemination of misinformation. The language used to build this with grok is exactly the type of language that forces LLMs into engaging with the user's own bias. It inherently structures the framework of any output to adapt and prioritize a confirmation bias model of engagement. You can see in real time how the user forces a framework into a system that is based in perpetual predictive language interfacing. TLDR: This is, by definition, an echo chamber created by fundamentally flawed interactions with LLMs. I am here to break the echo chamber. Thanks for sharing 😉
