I unlock my phone 100+ times a day. I touch and think about my phone hundreds of times a day. I hate it. I know my smart phone is eating away at my soul. Here's my first atomic essay as to why I ditched it for a flip phone.

@brentium i have the same issue with my sunbeam. can't handle google fi group text. still using group text on desktop. it's also hilarious to see the ~5 or so people who will have to relay a message for me and make an announcement to the group that i'm not getting it lol. 😂

@darrenallarde I did it for a month or so, but the problem was the flip phone that I got (Nokia) did not handle group text messages well. It would lose messages and not thread conversations. It was unusable in that regard.

@brentium when did you do it?!?! how long did you stick with it for? any blind spot i should be aware of?
