@ScottGoldstein @JHWeissmann I believe it is important that if you take public money, transparency & accountability should apply and should be the same as public schools that take public money.
Also, I am in Iowa so the charter system runs differently.

I get this and at the same time it bothers me that Charter schools can get public funding but aren't required to do the same things as the regular public schools and don't have the same expenses.
