After using @WeTransfer for free I upgraded to €119 yearly which I thought was fair and I could send more data. Now the price has doubled and I feel now because of the downgrade restrictions that I'm in between a rock and a hard place.

@ryanmouquegolf 46 years ago I got down to 3. Stopped playing and just started again. Now 18 handicap and with more consistency I think single figures is possible. My ball striking is every bit as good or better than then. I’d settle for 12 to 14 this year and who knows next year.Ask me then 😎

What’s the most satisfying handicap to reach do you think? Obviously everyone has different goals and everyone might have a different answer but is “Scratch” the handicap everyone wants? Or is it “Single Digits”? Or 18 (bogey golf) What do you reckon?

@ryanmouquegolf Totally agree with you. Most of my three putts come from mishits from long distance or up close. Pulling or pushing the ball. Of a big misread I can accept a 3 putt but trading to hole the short ones will reduce 3 putts by 50%

Putting is NOT 95% mental... I saw a post today where someone was struggling with their putting & there was a comment saying "putting is 95% mental, so think positive" 1. If you can't start the ball on line (due to an open or closed face) then no positivity will help with that 2. If you think the read is 1 cup outside right & it's actually 3 cups, you are not holing the putt with good speed. You'd need to absolutely smash it. Again, no amount of positive vibes will help you read a green 3. No mental game will help you control your speed. That's a skill. Being positive won't magically give you the awareness of backswing & downswing lengths, tempo, etc. Putting is very much a skill. There are many skills needed when looking to become a better putter. Sure, believing you can make a putt is a good thing to think about, but at the end of the day, you need to be able to start the ball on line, read the green well & have correct speed. I'd say putting is 95% skill, technique & feel. 5% might be mental... IMO PS: Tigers putt in the 2008 US Open went in due to having just the right amount of speed for the line he hit it on... not because he willed it in or thought positive thoughts.

@ryanmouquegolf Used to be 3 handicap but left the game for 46 years. Silly, I know. Slowly but surely improving in all areas. Now 17 but looking for around 12-14 this year. Next year we’ll see. Still hitting the ball a long way and if it’s good it’s really good. Needing to eliminate doubles

@ryanmouquegolf Love it Ryan, I can't get enough of these tips as my present pitching and chipping are atrocious and downright embarrasing. After 46 years out of the game I've only concentrated on the long game, but that's going to change.

Do you want a simple way to play a low, medium & high shot around the greens? Here are 2 simple things you can do to change the flight👇🏼 🔹Low Shot - Back ball position, wide radius, feel like it’s more of a body pivot hitting the ball 🔹Mid Flight - Middle ball position, mid radius, feel some release through impact while pivoting the body 🔹High Shot - forward ball position, narrow radius, few as though the club head passes the hands through the impact area As always in golf, there are plenty of other ways to change flight around the greens… what are some other ways? Hope this helps 👊🏼
