Loyal @Delta medallion member. Always applauded @Delta for their customer service. My daughter left her backpack on our last flight and I’ve attempted MANY times to retrieve it via calls, emails, claims, text messages to @Delta and @flyLAXairport and nothing. Frustrated!

@Delta For what I had to go through, I did not feel I was properly compensated. I expect this type of treatment for United which is why I switched to Delta. How can you make this right?
