Press resistance to retain the ball in tight spaces, size/reading of the game to win duels that stop counter-attacks and the ability to act as a penalty box threat. It’s a unique combination. Nico O’Reilly wins his boyhood club a cup final !

@Dr_AustinOmondi I guess Kenya didn't exist until 1884 when the British created it and we can do the drill with so many countries.

The Israel you are talking about didn’t exist on the world map before 1948. Anyway religion begs you to suspend all logic.
Samuel Kimani@SamuelKimani9

We are right here @Dr_AustinOmondi. And it is precisely because we read the Bible that we believe that. Their state of unbelief does not invalidate their status as the chosen people. So, even though 'concerning the gospel they are enemies...concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers. For the gifts and calling of God are irrevocable." That is Romans 11:28.

@FerdyOmondi @MurimiMwihaki He’s quoting Will Durant and prefaces it by saying he finds Durant’s observation to be “unfortunate.” Stop trying to gen up hate where no offense is intended fake journo.

@AJEnglish I know you have to push an agenda against Israel but this is factually incorrect. The largest buyer of Kenyan tea is Pakistan, which absorbs 40% of total exports. Behind it are Egypt, the UK, Russia, and Kazakhstan. None of these countries is in the Strait of Hormuz.

The conflict in the Middle East is disrupting Kenya’s tea trade. Nearly 65% of its tea exports go to markets affected by the war. But with Iran restricting shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, vessels loaded with cargo are in limbo. Al Jazeera’s Catherine Soi reports.

@polo_kimanii As much as Swahili is an amalgation of Bantu, Arabic, and Portuguese languages, the fact is, it was first written using the Arabic alphabet. So yes, it is very much a standalone language by itself.

The first thing Mzungu did when he introduced education here, was ensuring he engineered in the african mans brain that his home is not his home. Those in kenya, were told they migrated from Congo, those from South Africa were told they migrated from west Africa. Those from Egypt the nubians were taught the migrated from Rwanda. I wonder where those in congo were taught they migrated from? Then they went to language. The most common spoken language in Africa,Swahili,we are taught that it isnt ours. That it was developed by portuguese and Arabs during trade. Which is a lie of course. Swahili is bantu language, the only thing that happed was that during trade, because of commerce with arabs, and portuguese, some words were borrowed from each, for easier communication. The same way english borrows words from latin. But you cant say a whole new language called swahili was developed from scratch during trade. How now? By making us believe such, the african man is engineered to believe he is entitled to nothing! In his continent.

@ajplus @VictorKiprop_ @Dena I know it's Al Jazeera so we should expect balanced coverage, but not even 1000 Kenyans know about the project or are angry about it. How about you just go to the site and interview the residents like proper journalists should do?

An Israeli developer is building vacation homes and luxury amenities on land in Kenya, which he hopes will draw both Kenyans and Israelis. But many Kenyans are outraged. @Dena explains why.

@xGPhilosophy Considering Real had 2 penalties which each count as 0.87 XG, it means the tie was much even than the scoreline shows.

Kenya and Russia failed to agree on the returning hundreds of men “lured” to the war in Ukraine. Ghana’s foreign minister recently made the same trip to Moscow on a similar mission and also left without any responsibility from Russia

I see a proposal to block illegal movie & sports streaming sites in Kenya within 48 hours of a report. Fine. Protect copyright. I support that. But let me ask a simple question. While u rush to block alternatives, what quality content are you actually offering Kenyans? DSTV knows the truth. Many people subscribe mainly because of the EPL. Remove sports, and what remains is the same recycled programs and old movies repeated for years. I support copyright. Creators must be protected. But protecting copyright should not mean protecting monopolies. If the government is serious, open the market and allow more companies to compete for sports rights. Maybe I’m wrong. But if DSTV didn’t have EPL, how many people would still subscribe?
