Tech chaos rarely comes from code. It comes from unclear priorities, noisy systems & reactive leadership. I help tech orgs bring focus, flow & follow-through to their work. For guidance, frameworks, and clarity → 📍 brianwebb.org

cursor just made every $200/month copilot subscription look like a scam dropped today with their own coding model what took 8 hours of manual coding now takes 30 seconds and it runs 8 versions of itself in parallel to pick the best solution while github's charging $20/month for autocomplete, cursor built an entire autonomous dev team composer model: → 4x faster than gpt/claude → completes full features in <30 seconds → tests its own code automatically → built with reinforcement learning on real codebases here's what's actually wild: most companies paying $150k/year for junior devs to do work this does for $20/month just saved a client $253k/month migrating their dev work to cursor's multi-agent system the intelligence gap between "we hired 3 developers" and "we deployed cursor" is getting stupid comment "COMPOSER" and ill send the full breakdown of how to replace your dev costs with this

I never run out of content to post anymore. Built an automation that monitors 50+ news sources, scores articles for relevance, and writes social posts automatically. It finds trending topics in my niche before they explode everywhere else. Saves me 15-20 hours monthly and keeps me ahead of every trend. Comment "NEWS" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

$24,000 per year from this simple AI Dentist Voice Agent (and why I'm crazy for giving it away for free) A dental practice was losing $6,000+ in revenue every month from missed after-hours calls. That's 20-25 potential patients walking away because no one was available to book their appointments. So I built an AI voice assistant that handles after-hours dental bookings 24/7 using n8n and ElevenLabs based on internal policies and scheduling availability. Here's what this system does: → Answers calls with a natural-sounding AI receptionist → Collects patient information and insurance details → Checks calendar availability in real-time → Books appointments automatically → Logs all patient details to a Google Sheet The result? This similar AI voice system was sold to a dental practice for $24k per year by another entrepreneur!! This isn't just about dental practices. Any service business losing money from missed calls can implement a similar system. Want the complete n8n workflow template? 1. Retweet & Like this post 2. Comment "ASSISTANT" I'll send you the entire system for free, a full setup walk-through video, including the ElevenLabs automation components.

HOLY SH*T… Someone just leaked 2,053+ plug-and-play N8N workflows and it’s breaking the internet. They scraped everything from the official docs, GitHub, AND hidden forums. • AI-powered lead gen • Auto content repurposing • Sales & CRM automation This vault would cost tens of thousands to build from scratch. LIKE + COMMENT “N8N” & I’ll send you the FULL library + setup FREE! (must follow so I can DM)

You don’t need a single source of truth. You need context-aware truths that can be reconciled fast.

Honestly think one of the best things you can do in life is get very, very comfortable with saying “no”. In all sorts of contexts… online, in person, zoom calls. Because it’s uncomfortable, you will be very tempted to say “yeah maybe so” … or “hmm that could work” when you actually feel there is no chance in hell it works. You may even convince some small fraction of yourself it just very well may work. But it won’t. Just say no. Laser focus on what you really believe in.

Shipping fast ≠ shipping well. Bad metrics (like PR count) crush morale without improving outcomes.

Tracking too much, too early creates noise. Align your org around a single KPI first—then optimize from a place of clarity. I’d love to hear how your team handles this—share a win (or a warning) in the thread. If you want a deeper gut-check, drop me a DM. #PLGstrategy #TechOps

Your first PLG metric isn’t MRR or Daily Active Users—it’s the single user behavior that predicts revenue. Pick one or stay stuck in dashboard purgatory.

Startups say they move fast—but some of the riskiest security gaps are hiding in plain sight (and Slack).
