FC Halifax Town are leading Altrincham in the race to sign Poole Town hotshot Shaquille Gwengwe.
The former Worthing man played 46 games in all competition this season scoring 45 goals and has a number of watchers from the EFL and National League.

@JWheelhouse_01 We have sacked a lot of managers over the years some justified and some not. That is what I believe is the problem in attracting the type of Manager us fans want. They do not want to come here to be sacked after 16 or so games. We need to get out of the rinse and repeat action.

@StellingRobbie @JeffStelling I would have kept Reid too he played all season in a role he has never played in before as a lone striker, but still managed to get goals when he got the service. A good partner upfront he would easily get 20+ goals a season.
