Talon Metals Moves 2 Steps Closer To Unlocking The Vault Zone At Tamarack Nickel-Copper-PGE Project youtube.com/watch?v=waRj--… On April 9, 2026 Talon Metals (TSX:TLO, OTC: TLOFF) reported new step-out drilling results from the Vault Zone at the Tamarack Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in Minnesota. The latest results further support the interpretation of the Vault Zone as a stacked mineralized system, including confirmation of a fourth mineralized level within the broader stacked Vault Zone. Additional drilling has also supported continuity of mineralization at other levels, while follow-up borehole electromagnetic surveying has identified an additional untested off-hole anomaly, highlighting potential for further expansion beyond the current drill intercepts. I connected with Talon Metals Chief Exploration Officer Brian Goldner to dig into the latest drilling at the Vault Zone, including a ~9 meter massive sulfide intercept in hole 568A that expands the 710 level laterally. $TLO.TO @TalonMetals

$LUMN – Lumen Technologies Lumen is a distressed‑turned‑AI‑infra story, rebuilding itself as a digital network services provider with a long‑haul fiber backbone for cloud and AI workloads. It’s still carrying turnaround and balance‑sheet baggage, but the capex plan effectively doubles its intercity fiber footprint into an AI‑era transport grid. Megatrend – The AI boom is driving a once‑in‑a‑generation spike in network demand, rewarding providers that can stitch together low‑latency, high‑capacity fiber routes for cloud and model traffic. Strong catalysts building the story: 2025–2028 – Lumen plans to add ~34M new intercity fiber miles, expanding from ~16.6M in 2025 to ~47M by 2028, a multi‑billion‑dollar bet on AI‑driven backbone demand. 2025 – Strategy pivot at the Industry Analyst Forum recasts Lumen as a digital networking services company with pillars around physical buildout, cloudification, and an ecosystem model. Mid‑2026 – Management expects to have fully funded its strategic plan and materially reduced debt and interest expense, setting the stage to shift from survival mode to growth. Feb 2026 – Investor Day details a multi‑year framework centered on being a “trusted AI network”, including expanding to 58M fiber miles by 2031 and landing Anthropic as a flagship private connectivity customer. Follow for more plays like this.

The U.S. Department of Energy just launched a $500 million funding opportunity targeting domestic critical minerals processing, battery materials manufacturing, and recycling projects. This NOFO focuses on scaling processing capacity from raw feedstocks, advancing battery-grade materials, and building recycling infrastructure — directly strengthening North American supply chains for lithium, graphite, nickel, copper, and other minerals essential to EVs, defense technologies, semiconductors, and clean energy. It's a concrete policy step to close midstream gaps, reduce reliance on concentrated foreign sources, and accelerate secure continental production and circular supply chains. energy.gov/articles/energ…

We have entered the age of commodities Every commodity cycle goes through the same stages - High prices lead to overinvestment - Which leads to increased supply and lower prices - Lower prices lead to underinvestment - Underinvestment leads to higher prices We are at the underinvestment -> higher prices stage of the cycle Position accordingly

$SES has improved UZ margins from 7% to 15% since acquisition. With software overlay, margins will be in 20-26%. $SES is working with large deployment customers like $enph to optimize reliability and reduce their costs - a win-win. Anyway, I hear you . Clearly with $ses implied market cap (less cash) ~$100M (2.8x 2026 revenue) market doesn’t believe it. I think seems like a heck of a bargain compared to others in the space. No one seems to like #Ess #drone battery and/or SaaS based opportunities right now. Time will tell Thx for your comments.

$SES I don’t see it that way. The “growth” is largely bought through UZ Energy, so it’s not really organic growth. And if ESS is the main growth driver, that’s not exactly exciting... it’s mostly hardware, with very low margins, and it doesn’t really fit the company’s original narrative of blending software / AI4Science with high-value battery innovation. Also, out of the roughly $200M cash, part of that will go toward the UZ Energy earnout. Based on SEC filings, the cash runway looks closer to around 12 months, not some huge multi-year luxury. On drones, the story is clearly delayed. They still haven’t solved the NDAA-compliant manufacturing piece, the Top Material partnership didn’t move forward, and now they’re looking for other options in Southeast Asia. To me, that pushes any real drone ramp to around Q4 2026 to H1 2027. Before the Q4 report, management gave the impression they were much further along than they actually were. Same issue with Molecular Universe: they still don’t know when it will generate meaningful revenue. So yes, the company has said ESS will be the main near-term driver, but I’m not convinced the market is going to celebrate a low-margin ESS hardware story dressed up with an AI narrative.

Im extremely disappointed in $ses. I had a lot of conviction and i thought q4 was going to be a blow out. Unfortunately after reading their q4 earnings report I was less than happy. It seems all the revenue dried up from previous contracts and they are hunting for future deals.

$SES this structure is still holding even after a huge after hour drop. $1.3 is key to me. It has to hold this line. Earnings weren’t great but they’re honing in on Drones and ESS. Those are pretty hot sectors. They’re expecting meaningful revenue from each this year. In the earnings call they mentioned 65% of 2026 rev would be from ESS. 35% would be split between Drones and Materials. These are essentially new revenue sources as the Honda and Hyundai payments for EV batteries are done. FY Rev 2025: 20-25 mill. FY Rev 2026: 30-35 mill. Tiny in the grand scheme of things but they’re growing. Depending on how long the war drags out, could we see a drone deal announced? 20% down seems like an overreaction but what do I know. They set future guidance conservatively. 50k shares @ $1.62 I’m not selling. They’ve pivoted from EV batteries to ESS & Drones batteries. 2026 is a new chapter for them. They could crush this niche as there aren’t too many players. Not to mention Molecular Universe 2.0 which is coming this year.

@YieldCurveBalI $SES has not been identified as drone battery play. Korean facility is completely built and retooled. EV = market cap -cash only $200M. Other businesses battery storage #Ess and SaaS model MU provide substantial upside.
