Speaker Lindsay Hoyle had a portrait commissioned of himself that cost the taxpayer £51,000. If that isn't bad enough, he spent £7 MILLION of taxpayers' money refurbishing his house, which included refitting the bathrooms in marble. This is utterly unacceptable.

The Birmingham bin workers strike is the worst sanitation and health story in the UK for years. It's the UK's 2nd biggest city. We are in the 3rd month of industrial action. Labour run the city. Yet there are no calls for the UK Labour Govt to intervene. If this was Glasgow the trade unions would be demanding the SNP Govt step in. Anas Sarwar would be posing for pictures beside bins whilst condemning SNP inaction.

My research has shown that at least £6.6 billion has been spent with private organisations by Government departments, councils, the NHS and others on asylum/refugee costs since 2020. This is OUR money. One example? £634,182 on a contract to 'Support Migrants Currently Living in the Community Who Do Not Have Permission to Live in the UK'. I pushed the Home Office for info on it - 84 migrants participated... Is that value for money? What do you think? I say NO. The British taxpayer is being scammed on an industrial scale, supporting fake asylum seekers. Enough is enough.

Being attacked by a group of animals—boys and girls alike—beating and hitting her! Imagine if this were a black girl attacked by white girls and boys. IPAS Centre put into lockdown because of infectious disease outbreak. “A 19-year-old man from East Africa, tested positive for diphtheria, he has been living in an IPAS facility for around two years. This is the third case of the deadly bacterial infection, in Ireland since 1967. The others were in 2015 & 2016. “Admissions to the IPAS centre were restricted and anyone suffering with respiratory symptoms was isolated. A vaccination clinic was also set up at the facility, but only one in three residents consented to receiving a vaccine.” “The public health team began the process of contact tracing, and a site visit to the patient’s place of work was planned to investigate possible sources of the infection” “conditions at the centre were described as “crowded”, and the facility was found to be non-compliant with standard infection prevention control guidelines” “It was noted that communications were difficult, as there were 198 residents from many different countries who spoke multiple languages.”

I can no longer be a member of a @LabourParty that targets the disabled & the vulnerable. The right to life & freedom from inhumane & degrading treatment are inalienable human rights. Some humans are not more human than others.
