Colbert got cancelled because CBS’ owner wanted to suck up to Trump. Over and over, billionaires are auctioning off our 1st Amendment. This isn’t about the rights of a TV host. It’s about all our rights to live in a country where the president doesn’t dictate who says what.

@SonRanto Colbert was shut down because his rating were the horrible. The show was losing money. There are about 1000 other show Trump doesn’t like but they are still on the air.

Trump not only put Colbert out of work. He put the crew, the band, the costume and makeup, the security, the writers, the accounting and hr staff, and the lives of everyone who depended on that income to feed their families out of work. Trump is a weak minded, petty, and feeble destroyer.

You can't tax rich people on unrealized gains from stocks because "it's not real money until it's sold." So explain to me why my property taxes keep going up based on the unrealized value of my house? I didn't sell it. I didn't cash out. I didn't make a profit. But somehow I'm paying taxes on paper gains every single year. Interesting how "unrealized gains" only become a problem when wealthy folks are involved.

You’ll notice Democrats have posted and cried more about the end of Stephen Colbert’s stupid ass show than they EVER HAVE about the American women and children slaughtered by illegal aliens.

Dear @Hertz, when i got read-ended while at a stop in your car, called your roadside number and got a "please call during business hours" message, i laughed. When I went to your location to return the car and provide insurance info of the person who hit me, and was told "do not worry we'll take care of it", i was relieved. But when weeks later you contacted me demanding i pay cash for the repair and told me hat in fact you "never take care of it" and you have no idea who told me, andit was on me to "handle it", I was furious. Luckily (with permission) I recorded your employee telling me at great length that you will in fact take care of it and after submitting this report at the location, there was no further action required of me. So, what now? Is this the sort of business you run? Lying to customers and attempting to gaslight them? Seriously?
