I have just spoken with Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian. I called on him to put an immediate end to the unacceptable attacks Iran is carrying out against countries in the region, whether directly or through proxies, including in Lebanon and Iraq. I reminded him that France is acting within a strictly defensive framework aimed at protecting its interests, its regional partners, and freedom of navigation, and that it is unacceptable for our country to be targeted. The unchecked escalation we are witnessing is plunging the entire region into chaos, with major consequences today and for the years to come. The people of Iran, like those across the region, are paying the price. Only a new political and security framework can ensure peace and security for all. Such a framework must guarantee that Iran never acquires nuclear weapons, while also addressing the threats posed by its ballistic missile programme and its destabilising activities regionally and internationally. Freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz must be restored as soon as possible. I also urged the Iranian President to allow Cécile Kohler and Jacques Paris to return safely to France as soon as possible. Their ordeal has gone on for far too long, and they belong with their loved ones.

The American Embassy is being evacuated in Riyadh because of sustained attacks by Iran against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is my understanding the Kingdom refuses to use their capable military as a part of an effort to end the barbaric and terrorist Iranian regime who has terrorized the region and killed 7 Americans. Question – why should America do a defense agreement with a country like the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that is unwilling to join a fight of mutual interest? Americans are dying and the U.S. is spending billions to dislodge the terrorist Iranian regime that threatens the region. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia seems to be issuing statements and doing things in the background that are marginally helpful, but unwilling to participate in military operations to end the reign of terror coming out of Iran. Hopefully Gulf Cooperation Council countries will get more involved as this fight is in their backyard. If you are not willing to use your military now, when are you willing to use it? Hopefully this changes soon. If not, consequences will follow. nytimes.com/2026/03/08/wor…

@nicksxbusiness @AshCrypto Wake up from your fantasy buddy. You don't get an oil reserve by creating wars and invading every single country. This is absolutely crazy. The Pentagon estimates the cost of the first week of a US-Iran war is $6 BILLION. The USA is currently $38.8 trillion in debt. While Americans struggle to afford groceries and pay rent, the government uses taxpayer dollars to drop bombs,

🚨🇮🇷 JUST IN: Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi: "The U.S. committed a blatant and desperate crime by attacking a freshwater desalination plant on Qeshm Island. Water supply in 30 villages has been impacted." Attacking water infrastructure is a war crime. Targeting desalination plants means targeting civilians. Targeting civilians means cutting off life. 30 villages without water. Because the empire decided thirst is a weapon. "Attacking Iran's infrastructure is a dangerous move with grave consequences. The U.S. set this precedent, not Iran." The warning is clear. The crime is documented. The response is coming. Water is life. The empire just proved it doesn't care.

BREAKING: Trump has completely lost it. FACT CHECK: Iran was not at war with anybody but America and Israel FACT CHECK: IRAN has not surrendered to anybody FACT CHECK: Trump is likely looking for an exit strategy and the only thing he can think of is to claim that Iran lost so he can pull back and paint this as a win rather than a defeat.

I guess. We shall see. I hope not. We got the leadership. And we are able to take out every else from the air now. I don’t see that changing unless other country comes into the mix for Iran. Say China. However they just lowered their gdp number la for the first time in decades. I don’t think they want anything to do with this.

@strickcmb82 @Stunulate @RadarHits Buddy, Greg. My main issue with MH is that Trump kept bragging about it. It looked like they fixed the problem once for all, he said many times that the nuclear program was completely destroyed. The way he started all this was bad. If the mission failed, why didn't he say it?

MH supposedly took out their tunnels at Fordow. However. They said some of the uranium may have been removed prior to or maybe they had more at other locations. That was last year. They were then given countless offers to stop trying to rebuild. They did not want to take that offer. Not much different from when they signed that deal with Obama. The. Constructed all these tunnels. Hundreds of feet underground in the mountains to evade detection. Yeah. I wouldn’t believe anything they said. Unless they let people go down there and inspect. They wouldn’t do that.
