@TMFScottP @ANZ_AU Have we also addressed why, in 2022, when there’s fraudulent activity on a card you have to CALL the bank and wait for a HUMAN in a call centre to answer? My Husband was on hold 2hrs and 50min total to our bank this weekend trying to report suspicious card activity!! 😳🤯😆

@ANZ_AU I'm curious why, in 2022, that's the only remedy. We know who the merchant is, and I can give you an explicit instruction not to accept a charge from that merchant. Why is that not enough?

I find it quite irritating how the @NSWEducation Department publishes school term dates like "Last day of school is the 20th of December!" and then you have to sift through the info to find "oh actually kids don't come that day! Lololol!"
