Your party has been in control of Indiana for over 20 years.
Electricity bills are some of the highest in the country because Republican legislators allowed utility companies to pass costs to Hoosiers, and even changed the law when the State Supreme Court said they couldn’t.

Affordability is the top kitchen table concern for Hoosier families. I appointed a new majority to the IURC and a new consumer advocate to take on high energy costs and ensure utilities provide service at just and reasonable rates. Today they will be questioning the five largest investor owned electric utilities on energy affordability, including how usage and rates lead to bills, the impact of growth on affordability, and steps that can be taken in the short term to lower rising energy costs. I will continue fighting to protect ratepayers and bring down the cost of energy for Hoosier families.

There is no evidence of widespread voter fraud in our country—period.
That’s why today’s case on mail-in ballots being heard in front of SCOTUS is just another thinly veiled attempt by Trump and his allies to further rig the election.
Mail-in ballots are used by our military overseas, our seniors, and disabled folks and others who may not be able to make it to the ballot box. Banning mail-in ballots from counting in elections is just another attempt to disenfranchise more voters.

🚨 Epstein’s accountant just testified under oath:
The Epstein estate settled with Jane Doe 4 — for both Epstein and Trump.
Jane Doe 4 alleged to the FBI that Epstein abused her at 13. And that Trump abused her at 15.
The Jane Doe 4 files were missing. Discovered only through the Maxwell discovery when lawyers noticed Bates stamp numbers were gone.
Those files surfaced after Trump bombed Iran.
The lawyer tried to walk back the settlement testimony.
The accountant refused to confirm or deny.
Trump started a war the same week the Epstein names were supposed to drop.

We are enthusiastically willing to pay TSA workers today, and we will keep trying, but the sticking point is that Republicans want to attach ICE funding to it. We are not in agreement about ICE, but I don’t think workers and travelers should have to wait for an ICE deal.

Then, they blocked our bill to fund all of DHS besides ICE & CBP...AGAIN.

Republicans blocked our bill to fully fund TSA & their agents.
This is the 8th time they've blocked our attempts to reopen TSA, FEMA, & other agencies outside of ICE & CBP at DHS.
But they would rather hold these agencies hostage to give Trump's ICE & CBP another blank check.

He’s at war in Iran without congressional authorization. He overthrew Venezuela by force. He threatened to invade a NATO ally. Now he wants to take Cuba and thinks he can do “anything he wants” with it.
Where the hell are my Republican colleagues? They took the same oath I did.

The SAVE America Act is a solution in search of a problem.
Noncitizens are already barred from voting in federal elections, and serious studies consistently find it’s extremely rare.
This hyper partisan Republican bill would require Americans to prove citizenship with specific documents, such as passport, birth certificate, or naturalization papers, that must match their photo ID. But about 21 million voting-age Americans don’t have ready access to these documents, and millions more would have to pay fees and wait weeks to get certified copies.
It would also hit married women especially hard.
Around 70 million women have changed their names, meaning their birth certificate often does not match their current photo ID, creating yet another barrier.
Rather than a good faith effort to protect democracy, this is a paperwork trap that risks blocking millions of eligible Americans from voting.

Remember when Trump sued ABC, Meta, X, and Paramount, and they all agreed to settle for millions of dollars?
Well, that money was supposed to go to Trump’s future presidential library fund—except that fund has been dissolved with no public accounting of where the money went.
If these payments were labeled “charitable contributions,” the corporations could even write them off on their taxes. That’s why @SenWarren, @SenBlumenthal, and I are demanding answers!

Donald Trump says he’ll block every Congressional bill until we pass the SAVE Act. Basically, saying he wants to hold us hostage unless we disenfranchise millions of voters and their access to the ballot box. So, let us be clear.

The Trump administration wants $50 billion to fund the illegal war in Iran. I’m a hard NO.
With that money, Congress could fund the Affordable Care Act’s health care tax credits this year and still have $20 billion left over.
