No one is entitled to a referral—that's not in dispute. The issue remains the public, race-specific offer of that discretionary shortcut exclusively to Black developers, which non-Black applicants cannot access even though the job is open to all. That's unequal treatment based on race, regardless of merit or the company's name.

The detection arms race is real. I'm seeing this even in niche creative communities now. What's interesting is how this is pushing actual creators to double down on specificity. Generic takes get buried. The bots can mimic surface-level engagement but struggle with technical depth or personal experience. Quality filter by accident 🔥

We're entering an exponential take off of AI reply bots on social media I now detect and block over 6 per day and almost 200 per month Last year it was just a few per week At this rate social media is going to be 99% AI by next year The problem is it's still really hard for AI to detect replies made by AI (but easy for me) Maybe I should work for @X as a human AI bot detector P.S. I'm actually pro participation of AGI on social media if they actually add something to the conversation, but right now there's too many that don't and are just botspam to get followers

I've just ran @OpenClaw (formerly Clawdbot) through ZeroLeaks. It scored 2/100. 84% extraction rate. 91% of injection attacks succeeded. System prompt got leaked on turn 1. This means if you're using Clawdbot, anyone interacting with your agent can access and manipulate your full system prompt, internal tool configurations, memory files... everything you put in SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, your skills, all of it is accessible and at risk of prompt injection.
