@OctopusEnergy@g__j Why do I keep getting manual meter readings, this was supposed to be sorted, honestly I no longer have faith in anything that I'm told now......I've been charged some spurious amount that bears no resemblance to my actual usage. #shambles
@OctopusEnergy@g__j No this was supposed to have stopped, every month I get a manual meter reading. Please refund me the money taken out as manual reading is wrong. Please explain why a manual reading was done when I was assured it was resolved but its clearly not.

@g__j@OctopusEnergy why no export bill yet? I was due one on 1st of month. Numerous promises to get one sent to me but nothing account been credited but no actual bill. How can I cross check it's correct when you won't provide me with the information. #musttryharder

@OctopusEnergy@g__j@OctopusEnergy I dont want them adjusted I just want them to what they are supposed to be on the 1st and no random debits within the billing cycle that octopus decide or a smart meter decides. That includes credits as well as debits.

@OctopusEnergy@g__j what is going on with your billing supposed to be billed 1st of month. £56 taken out today no bill no email and no explanation why. I've already been billed for the previous month, next bill not due 1st July. So quick to take money out yet so slow to credit
