@brucewayne10x @jessigreerM If you think you have Lyme, don’t rely on blood tests they tend to give false negatives in the first few weeks and it is critical to begin treatment asap

Both of my sons had Lyme (found and treated early). Both had sudden fatigue, low fever, headache and sensitivity to light in the summer. THEN the bullseye was found. Both of these ticks were barely visible to naked eye. Both sons treated with antibiotics and cleared b/c of early detection. When you have these symptoms in warmer months when viruses aren’t circulating as in winter get a blood test from Dr even if you don’t see the bullseye-which could be in scalp.

🚨 A former Chicago White Sox pitcher is suing the team, alleging he was coerced into taking the COVID-19 vaccine and that the shot left him with a permanent autonomic nervous system disorder that ended his career. Isaiah Carranza, drafted by the White Sox in 2018, says team officials warned he would be blacklisted from professional baseball if he refused the two-dose regimen. According to the lawsuit, minor league players faced the mandate while major league players did not. MLB players had union protection. Minor leaguers allegedly had little leverage and risked losing their careers if they refused. Shortly after receiving the Pfizer vaccine, Carranza says he developed extreme dizziness, nausea, near-fainting, and a wildly fluctuating heart rate. Team staff reportedly dismissed the symptoms as dehydration, anxiety, and rookie nerves. Carranza’s attorneys say the condition permanently damaged his autonomic nervous system and ended his baseball career. They estimate his future medical costs could exceed $557,000, with lost wages ranging from $3.4 million to $19.9 million. The lawsuit also highlights the broader debate around workplace vaccine mandates that swept through professional sports, universities, and corporations during the pandemic. Meanwhile, compensation programs set up for vaccine injuries have been widely criticized as slow and difficult to access. Out of more than 14,000 claims filed, only 133 have been deemed eligible for compensation. Carranza’s case attempts to pursue accountability outside that system through the courts. The White Sox have not yet publicly responded to the allegations. Read the full story by @smiddendorp22 here: bit.ly/White_Sox_Sued

Mold is literally everywhere. And is part of the reason why Florida drives everybody crazy after a few years. It wasn't as big of an issue when we had concrete houses and indoor/outdoor living. But we've effectively created super-strains with EMF-induced epigenetic changes and antifungal-resistance. Combine this with insulated, water damaged, and cellulose-rich drywall/sheetboard buildings and you have a perfect storm to oneshot anybody with a compromised immune system (most people).
MyFitnessFeelings@fitnessfeelingz

If you've wondered why UK has gone insane, I have an answer—mold. Never seen water damage on this scale. It's every building, & it's driving people mad.

$VG Some of the main reasons why Venture Global could be a major beneficiary of the current situation in Iran and the US with the strait of Hormuz: #1. Short term Oil and Nat gas that goes to Europe would be impacted and thus oil prices would rise in the US. #2. The higher the oil prices, the more likely it is that we see increased drilling to take advantage of the higher oil prices in the Permian basin. This additional drilling also means that that more Nat Gas byproduct is also produced. The additional Nat Gas byproduct production actually decreases US Nat Gas prices at Henry Hub while simultaneously making TTF rise from lack of supply from the North Field in Qatar. #3. While most of the other shippers are locked in via long term contracts, Venture Globals Plaquemines project is still shipping spot. This means they can sell at market prices. (Short Term benefit) #4. Even if the situation is resolved, it seems likely that VG will be able to sign deals that are more favorable because of the lack of supply and war risk. (Long Term benefit) #5. Venture Global should get a premium valuation because of all the supply they already have under construction and likely to be delivered in the next few years.

Things I started doing that helped fix my gut: - 7+ hours of high quality sleep daily - Sleeping & waking at same time - More sunlight (especially morning) - Tracking symptoms, BMs & nutrients - Breathwork - Walking after every single meal - Only whole, minimally processed foods - Testing to see what was actually wrong - Cutting unnecessary stress (like doomscrolling) - Taking full ownership of my health

Biggest hurdle to fixing gut health: biofilms. Shown in the green/brown sludge here. 57% of people with IBS have these style of biofilms. Pretty resistant to antibiotics. They can pump out endotoxins still. And very inflammatory. Need to be thinking biofilms in protocols.

Glymphatic function = brain waste sewage system. Huge news. Healthy brain detox pathways do not start with enemas and binders. It starts with morning sunlight, quality sleep and mechanical manipulation of the lymphatic system like movement/sweating.
Brandon Luu, MD@BrandonLuuMD

The first human RCT linking morning bright light to ↑ glymphatic function was just published 8 weeks of morning light in young adults: ↑ Glymphatic (DTI-ALPS) markers ↓ depressive symptoms It was also linked to ↑ prefrontal cortex activity and ↓ inflammatory markers

Paltrow underwent something known as TPE, or therapeutic plasma exchange. This has been around since the 1950s and 1960s. There’s nothing NEW about it. Traditionally it was done in hospitals since the 1980s. Only until recently has TPE been made available in an out-patient setting. Traditionally it was used to treat some rare diseases like Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), Myasthenia gravis (MG), Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) and Waldenström macroglobulinemia. Since 2020, TPE has been established as a therapy for neurologic, hematologic, renal, and autoimmune disorders, and is also used in functional/advanced medicine settings for toxin and inflammatory burden reduction. I am adding this procedure at my Miami office beginning in 2 weeks. If you are looking to remove Autoantibodies Immune complexes Cytokines & inflammatory mediators Paraproteins Toxins bound to plasma proteins Microplastics COVID spike proteins / Long COVID Mycotoxins, Mold Heavy Metals (Mercury) TPE essentially replaces 20% of your ‘dirty plasma’ with clean ‘healthy toxin-free plasma.’ Even one round has monster potential to help. Completing this 6x should remove roughly 100% of the toxins from your body. For more information please feel free to reach out to our office. Soon I’ll be writing a Substack article on it breaking down the science further. open.substack.com/pub/drjessemor…

My oldest son (16 yrs old) has been down for the count all week with the flu… Missed a playoff game for his high school hockey team. Could barely get out of bed. Fever. Body aches and no appetite. It was bad. Took him over to a local spot to get an IV treatment on Wednesday and loaded him up with zinc, b-complex, b-12, glutathione, zofran and Pepcid. Felt drastically better hours later and now headed out to Michigan this weekend for a big tourney. Not cheap but definitely worth the $$

Don't rely too heavily on what you see in a stool test. Levels of fungi in the stool are decreased in children with Crohn's. But the mucosa biopsies collected didn't reflect this depletion. Many other Crohn's studies have shown an elevation in fungus in mucosa biopsies. Stool tests are terrible at picking up fungus. Fungus may make up only .1% of your total biome. Most testing has a flaw just like this.

The best OTC antimicrobials for Bart/Lyme are Zhang herbs out of NYC. He uses semi-synthetic chemical precursors that are stable and have excellent tissue penetration (where the bacteria hides). Zhang Allicin (allitridi) and HH-M both hit bartonella very well.
