Susan Collins is a rubber stamp for the worst admin in history. Claims that I would endorse her, implicitly or otherwise, ignore my track record supporting Democrats to take back both chambers. As I said months ago, I find Platner's Nazi tattoo and his commentary about it personally disqualifying. If it were me I'd vote for someone else in the Maine Democratic primary. Regardless of what happens in Maine, Democrats need to take back the Senate and I'll keep working hard to make it happen.

20 years after Obama’s election, Dems could end up with big congressional majorities, the presidency & an election mandate for change. This time around, they shouldn’t bail out banks fueling a housing crisis, prop up the health insurance industry & reauthorize mass surveillance. The work of creating the conditions & pressure systems forcing them to do something different and better begins now — in the primaries happening across the country. And if that work doesn’t happen and they do repeat what happened 20 years ago, we’re likely to experience another Trump-like backlash, only worse.
