Dear @XfinitySupport your customer service is horrible. We’ve had an issue for a month, have had to call 3 times and when I finally thought I was getting somewhere, cutoff and no callback. Give me someone that can help me, not another kid that has to talk to their supervisor.

NBA pregame is so bad without Ernie and the boys from @NBAonTNT that I’m watching soccer until the game starts.
